Features

Excellent Non Combustibility
Glass wool panels are made from pure inorganic materials classified as first-grade non-combustible materials. They do not burn and do not emit harmful toxic gases. Composed of glass fibers, they provide exceptional fire resistance that is unmatched by other materials.
Outstanding Sound Absorption
The porous structure of rock wool, containing continuous air cells within its fibers, delivers excellent sound absorption. This effectively reduces noise, making it ideal for buildings with high noise levels, such as sports facilities.
Superior Thermal Insulation
Manufactured from pure mineral wool using a high-speed centrifugal process, the uniformly sized glass fibers have low thermal conductivity. With additional water-repellent treatment, these panels offer excellent insulation and heat retention, contributing to significant energy savings in heating and cooling.
Corrosion Resistance
Glass wool sandwich panels have strong resilience and tensile strength, maintaining their original shape even under impact, pressure, and vibration. With excellent durability, compressive strength, and structural stability, they show minimal deformation or corrosion over time.
Urethane Side Filling
Polyurethane can be applied to the panel joints as needed, reinforcing the typically weak connection areas and enhancing overall strength and quality.
Laminating by Double Belt Slat Conveyor (Caterpillar)
The sandwich panels are manufactured using a double belt slat conveyor (caterpillar) under high temperature and pressure. This advanced technology enhances adhesion strength, resulting in panels with excellent structural strength and flatness, free from foam defects or air bubbles, ensuring superior quality.
