Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between K Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its members.
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
A “Member” refers to a person who has provided personal information to the Company and is able to continuously use the services provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Effectiveness)
By submitting an inquiry or request for quotation, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 4 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Consumer Protection Act.
- The amended Terms announced in accordance with the preceding clause shall be effective for existing members.
- Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation thereof shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.
Article 5 (Supplementary Rules and Jurisdiction)
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of any dispute between the Company and a Member, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s principal place of business.
Article 6 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)
- The Company may collect various personal information from customers, and such information may be used to enable customers to efficiently use the services provided by the Company.
- Personal information shall be collected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright)
- All software code, designs, and planning related to the services provided by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company.
- Unless a separate request is made to refuse portfolio usage, all deliverables created by the Company may be used as part of the Company’s portfolio.
- Members may not, without the explicit approval of the Company, modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, produce, transfer, sublicense, create security interests in, or commercially use all or part of the Company’s intellectual property, nor allow any third party to do so.
- However, Members may obtain ownership of source codes, design resources, and copyrights by paying an additional fee, in which case the copyright shall be transferred to the Member.
Article 8 (Payment of Fees)
- Members shall, in principle, pay the service fees in advance before using paid services provided by the Company.
- Payment methods for paid services include credit card payment, bank transfer, and other available methods.
- The Company may request additional personal information necessary for payment processing, and Members must provide accurate information. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from false or inaccurate information provided by the Member unless such damage is caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or negligence.
Article 9 (Privacy Officer)
- The Company limits the number of personnel handling personal information to the minimum necessary and designates a responsible person as the Privacy Officer to prevent damage caused by leakage, misuse, or abuse of personal information.

These Terms shall be effective as of April 1, 2026.
